Order Fulfillment

All orders are reviewed and processed by Deanna before being shipped. If you have discussed a custom product or service with Deanna before placing your order, you can be assured your item will be delivered to your specifications even if the shopping cart does not display your special requests. Any additional information can be included in the "notes" section of checkout.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping rates & times for products shipped directly to the customer are determined by the printer/vendor providing the product, NOT Deelicious Studios. Many printing products are shipped in separate boxes and are not able to be combined, therefor accounting for a larger total shipping rate. Shipping rates set by printers/vendors will be identified as "Deelicious Studios" in the shopping cart shipping calculator, which can be viewed before check out.

Many products such as custom books and framed prints will not be shipped directly to the customer, but instead delivered to Deelicious Studios for quality inspection or assembly. Products sent to Deelicious Studios may incur no shipping charges or be combined for a lower rate.

Shipping descriptions are included in product descriptions, but you are welcome to contact us with questions regarding a specific product or pickup.
